Pale ale/bitter grain pack steeped at 65-75 degrees for 1 hour

Galaxy 20g 1 hour boil
Citra 15g 15 min boil
Galaxy 15g aroma hop

Was supposed to be a Webb repeat but we ran out of Citra and had only a small pan for the boil (~4-5 l). Decided to give the Galaxy 1 hour for bittering due to the smaller boil volume.
A very refreshing beer with a fruity flavour. Not very bitter at all - probably due to small boil volume.
